The Victoria Choral Society fully embraces the values of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. We aspire to foster an environment that is welcoming, generous, and respectful. We will not tolerate discrimination or harassment. We actively create accommodations to enable participation in or enjoyment of our choral activities. We recognize that this requires a community-wide willingness to listen, learn, and adapt. We affirm that diversity in membership and musical programming enriches the experiences of our choir and our audience. We believe that the celebration of our differences bolsters our strength as a community.
